We ask you to please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation. This will allow you to get checked in and give you the opportunity to enjoy a beverage and relax. In the case that you are running behind for your reservation, we ask you to please contact the salon as soon as you are aware of your late status. This will allow your stylist to evaluate your reservation and plan accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes or later for your scheduled reservation, you may be asked to reschedule or modify said reservation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we ask you do so 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of your scheduled reservation total. All "no shows" will be charged 100% of scheduled reservation total. This charge will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash for purchase of services and our retail.
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your services, but may be added to your credit card, by personal check or cash.
We ask that you silence your cell phones while in the salon to respect the experience of guests around you.
We happily accept young clients, however we ask that any children not receiving a service remain supervised in the reception area.
We guarantee both our products and our services. In the case you are dissatisfied with retail you have purchased, you have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange for a more fitting product. No returns will be accepted beyond that time window. In the case we have not met your expectations with your hair we would like to invite you back within 10 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment.
Each stylist is trained in the ABCH curriculum and bases your color formulation off of your current hair, your end goal and professional expertise. As such, color formulas are property of the salon and can be made available to you for $250.
We offer gift certificates for purchase and it can be applied to both services and retail.
Use one of our referral cards with your name on it and give it away and when that person comes in for a service the both of you will receive $15 off.
